The Civic Fest has officially come to a close, and what an incredible experience it has been! Over the past days, we engaged citizens, shared our mandate, and had meaningful conversations around wages, compensation, equity, and public service reform.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to interact, ask questions, and learn more about the work of the Wages and Compensation Commission. Your interest and feedback continue to encourage us as we work toward a fair, transparent, and harmonized public sector pay system.
