Overview
The Directorate of Job Analysis, Evaluation, and Classification is responsible for overseeing the development of strategies, systems, guidelines, procedures, and processes that support the effective and efficient implementation of job analysis and job evaluation activities across the public sector.
The Directorate ensures that all job roles are accurately assessed, classified, and aligned with principles of equity, transparency, and merit, contributing to a fair and structured public service framework.
Through its work, the Directorate plays a critical role in standardizing job classifications, informing compensation and human resource decisions, and strengthening the overall capacity and efficiency of the public service under the WCC Act.
