The Wages and Compensation Commission (WCC) is officially holding its First Senior Staff Retreat, running from 28 to 30 November 2025. The retreat brings together leadership, directors, technical partners, and staff for three days of strategic reflection and planning.
Day 1 opens with focused engagements aimed at strengthening our collective understanding of the Commission’s mandate, refining key policy documents, and aligning the 2026 Annual Work Plan with national priorities.
With expert inputs from the Accountant General’s Department and HRMO, participants are engaging in meaningful discussions on salary structures, governance instruments, and operational processes that will shape the future of public sector compensation.
A stronger, more coordinated, and more efficient WCC is being built right here and right now.
