The WCC held engagements with:

- Public Service Commission (PSC) — 10th October 2024
Deputy Inspector General of Police, Aiah Edward Samadia, highlighted long-standing salary disparities between police graduates and other public sector graduates.
PSC leadership expressed full support for WCC and its mandate.
WCC Chairman, Hon. Alpha Osman Timbo, emphasized that the WCC Act (2023) centralizes wage determination in the public sector and nullifies previous provisions that allowed independent determination of service conditions.
CEO Banya presented the Commission’s mandate, powers, functions, and activities for the Financial Year 2024.
