The Directorate of Finance and Administration is responsible for overseeing the Commission’s financial planning and financial operations, ensuring that resources are managed prudently and in line with established policies and regulations.

In addition, the Directorate supervises the human resource management function, procurement, ICT, and all administrative and support services within the Commission. It ensures that financial, human, technological, and logistical resources are effectively aligned to support the Commission’s mandate.

By integrating sound financial management with robust administrative, technological, and procurement systems, the Directorate underpins the Commission’s overall effectiveness, transparency, and sustainability in implementing the WCC Act.
