Mr. Prince A.S. Bio is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Wages and Compensation Commission (WCC). He is a veteran HR leader with over 25 years’ experience at the Sierra Leone Telecommunications Company Limited (SIERRATEL) where he eventually rose through the ranks to become Managing Director. His academic background in Sociology paired with specialized certificates in Negotiation Skills, Industrial Relations Management, Performance Management and ICT Regulations enhances his efforts at balancing organizational performance with equitable compensation.

Mr. Prince A.S. Bio specializes in Conditions of Service, Industrial Relations and Performance Management which contributed to his successful participation and the leadership he provided (on the Employers’ Side i.e. mostly the Government of Sierra Leone) in several PUBLIC UTILITIES TRADE GROUP NEGOTIATING COUNCIL negotiations with Unions from State Owned Enterprises such as SIERRATEL, EDSA, EGTC, SALPOST, SALWACO and Guma Valley Water Company and the Ministry of Health (for Health Workers’ Union).

Having previously served as Managing Director, he commands deep “on-the-ground” insight and a unique vantage point for discerning the operational challenges of State-Owned Enterprises. This expertise ensures a balanced, strategic approach to wage harmonization and organizational equity across Sierra Leone.
